Residential jobs are done by the room(s) for carpet cleaning. Furniture depends on what it is, (I.E. Sofa, Loveseat, Sectional, ETC.) All tile is quoted by the Square Foot. We tend to be able to give an accurate quote over the phone. Commercial jobs are all by the Square foot, depending on what services you want (I.E. moving furniture, not moving any furniture, Etc.). Which, we are always happy to swing by, get the measurements for you, and give you a quote on site

In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. All employees are fully insured to guarantee the safety of your possessions.

Up to 4-6 hours depending on the airflow in he home or building. Using fans or air movers will always help increase drying times.

We cannot guarantee that we will remove all carpet spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also plays a factor in this. The technician will try to determine if this is the case prior to cleaning but they are not always able to determine this before trying to remove the spots.

After getting your carpets steam cleaned it usually takes 3-4 hours depending on the air flow in the rooms/home.
